Quartier Frais is a project created in 2016 by Romain Vinson and Alexandre Cohen, two of our Alumni from the class of 2016. At the beginning of their fifth year in ESCE's Entrepreneurship Master's programme, they realised that they had little time and choice for their lunch break. They then asked themselves the following question: "How could we eat healthy and quickly ? This was the birth of Quartier Frais!
Long-time friends, Alexandre and Romain decided to start a business to promote the well-being of employees by facilitating quick access to fresh, healthy and responsible food.
Quartier Frais has three offerings, all aimed at companies:
* A "self-service" offer: delicious, ultra-fresh meals prepared by a chef using seasonal produce and distributed directly to the company via an innovative vending machine. For just a few square metres, Quartier Frais is an alternative to a company restaurant, offering fresh, full meals every day in the office.
* A healthy vending offer: organic dried fruit, energy bars, fruit juices, smoothies, etc. Quartier Frais offers a selection of premium, healthy and responsible snacks and drinks to reinvent vending.
* And finally, a "corner" offer of fruit delivery to the office: To encourage convivial moments by sharing delicious seasonal fruit, dried fruit and healthy snacks during employees' breaks, we install a cabinet in the offices allowing them free access to all the products we deliver every week.
